Legal Recruiter/Reviewer

General Role:

The legal recruiter/reviewer will be responsible for recruitment activities such as interviewing attorneys for document review project work and finding candidates for remote temporary projects. This employee will provide support to the Managed Review department while also participating on document review projects as needed. This is a full-time position with flexible remote work options.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Staffing, onboarding, and separation activities for independent contractors
  • Maintaining list of candidates and reviewers and updating system accordingly
  • Drafting and posting project opportunities on various job boards
  • Proactively searching for and identifying new candidates for project work
  • Screening candidates (including resume review and phone calls with candidates)
  • Assisting with document review work, as needed

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, J.D. preferred
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience is required, preferably legal industry focused
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery document review platforms preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under strict time and budgetary constraints
