General Role:
The Senior Litigation Technology Specialist will bring Relativity, Reveal, Law, and Axcelerate expertise to BIA’s Litigation Support team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Quality control, processing, creating deliveries and productions
- Monitoring and helping maintain BIA best practices
- Developing, documenting, and promoting standard protocols for recurring services, etc.
- Contributing to documentation and deliverables, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), “How-To” guides, and training.
- Relativity/Reveal/Law Support by:
- Providing internal technical support throughout the eDiscovery data lifecycle; general technical analysis; and troubleshooting issues such as corrupted files, application process slowdowns, errors, etc.
- Ensuring accuracy of data loading, manipulation, and conversion by performing and documenting quality checks in accordance with specifications
- Creating productions, exports, and other deliverables in industry-standard formats.
Key Qualifications:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technology/Business/Technical related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with software applications utilized for eDiscovery litigation support
- Strong working knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle
- Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to train team members in Relativity/Reveal/Law and adhere to BIA best practices
- Experience with managing multiple priorities and tight timelines
- Experience creating productions from Relativity/Reveal/Law (creating load files (OPT/LFP), text files, and .DAT files to production specifications, producing redacted documents and associated text, etc.).
- Strongly Preferred:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience using Relativity to provide eDiscovery services
- Hands-on experience with OpenText Axcelerate 21.2
- (QC’ing processed data/OCR/resolving exceptions/creating deliveries, searching and troubleshooting errors, and the like.)
- Hands-on experience with OpenText Axcelerate 21.2
- Extensive PC skills including Microsoft O365, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of manipulation of load files using ReadySuite
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience using Relativity to provide eDiscovery services
- Desired:
- Hands-on experience with Relativity/Axcelerate processing (ingesting data, resolving exceptions, creating indexes, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL/databases
Job Type:
- Full-time; preferred hours are M-F 11am-7pm ET, but will consider flexibility for the right candidate
- Candidate should have the flexibility to work overtime as needed, including weekends, holidays, and off-hours.
- Position in NYC, Kalamazoo MI, Denver CO, or remote for the appropriate candidate.
