A word from Barry…“One of the exciting things I have experienced about this industry is the rapid growth in the amount of data related to eDiscovery and how we work with it. This now includes not only the traditional repositories of documents but also mobile devices, cloud resources and social media platforms of all sorts that we have adapted to with remote collection technologies. Using increasingly robust review platforms and advanced analytics, our teams can apply best practices to efficiently and defensibly collect, review and produce this vast amount of data within the time constraints that always exist.”
