Scott Hammer oversees and implements the use of technology and special tools at BIA and leads the BIA software and eDiscovery tools development team. In that position, Scott and his team create new solutions and modify existing ones based on internal and client needs. Scott’s focus is on providing efficient, end-to-end solutions that better enable the BIA services teams to achieve their goals.
He is at the helm of BIA’s continuous efforts to embrace cutting edge technologies, streamline operations, and increase efficiency and transparency across all matters. Most recently, his team has been working on upgrading, integrating and reconfiguring BIA’s back-end systems – from solutions like TotalDiscovery and Relativity to our internal time-tracking, accounting and sales management platforms and more.
One of the exciting new projects Scott’s team has been building is the upgraded BIA Client Portal. This new client portal will give clients an unprecedented, real-time insight into every aspect of their projects such as one-button custodian and data management along with features such as real-time document review platform user management, data reports and billing information.
