BIA and our partner, ACEDS, hosted this spirited webinar discussion on managed document review and why successful document reviews rely on the other steps along the ERDM path. Our speakers, Emily Cobb (Ropes & Gray), Barry Schwartz and Lisa Prowse (BIA’s resident experts in all things review) talked about how to approach, plan for and execute a successful document review, including hot topics like:
- eDiscovery roadmap preparation
- Data and production protocols
- Defining and working with search terms
- Predictive coding usage (including TAR, CAL, AI, etc.)
- Choosing the right blend of technology and people for each unique review
The team shared ideas on best practices and how everything we do from legal holds to collection to processing ultimately impacts review. This webinar is for seasoned pros, corporate in-house counsel, vendors looking to compare best practices and those of us in the trenches who make it all happen.
